Vosene kids shampoo

I am very particular when it comes to hair care for our little one, not only does he have amazing lovely soft hair but due to strong chemicals used in shampoos and conditioners I do worry about the affects this has on little ones. When I was asked to try Vosene’s range of vitamin and squeaky clean range I thought I would test it out.

The first shampoo we tried was the Vosene Kids Pink Pomelo & Vitamin C 2-in-1 Shampoo, according to the brand this new shampoo is bursting with the fruity goodness of pink pomelo (which is like a very large pink grapefruit) as well as Vitamin C. It deeply cleans little one’s hair and helps reduce tangles, leaving it super clean and smelling deliciously citrusy fresh. The shampoo is tear free as well as being free from MIT and parabens, making hair-washing just that little bit easier for parents and ensuring children’s scalps are looked after at all times.

Although I was hesitant I was surprised by the results, I tested the shampoo on my own hair first and it left it soft and smelling rather nice. I then tried it on my little one, it was easy to lather, smelt fresh and rinsed away easy. Once dried it was soft, shiny and clean – happy days!

Squeaky Clean range

We then tried out the squeaky clean range and first up was the 3 in 1 Shampoo (RRP £2.54, 250ml) this shampoo contains natural tea tree oil and lemon eucalyptus oil to help prevent head lice. Although my little one didn’t have head lice I firmly believe prevention is better than the cure!

This shampoo did have a stronger fragrance but it didn’t smell medicated like other brands, it again lathered up very quickly and left his hair very soft. The Squeaky Clean range also includes a 3 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioning Defence Spray to help you to achieve tangle-free, shiny hair, as well as offering advanced protection in the fight against head lice. This spray is easy to use and doesn’t leave a residue, I was definitely impressed.
